Summary
Study of three pregnant and two non-pregnant women showed no differences in distribution or elimination of injected 9-H3-prostaglandin F2α. There was no selective uptake by the uterus. Measurement of radioactivity in fetal tissue samples indicated that the transfer of PGF2α or its radioactive metabolites occurred freely.
