Summary
Seventy patients with pre-eclampsia were treated with chlormethiazole and the results in terms of fetal survival and maternal condition were compared with those of another group of seventy patients treated with barbiturates, Control of pre-eclampsia and fetal survival were better in the group of patients treated with chlormethiazole.
