Summary
Urinary total oestrogen excretion in thye first 40 days of one normal and three induced pregnancies showed a temporary fall, beginning about 20 days after ovulation and lasting for 7–16 days. This fall may represent a change in thesite of hormone production from the corpus luteum to the placenta.
