Summary
A case of ascites, right-sided hydrothorax and subserous parasitic fibromyoma is described. The history suggested repeated attacks of degeneration and ascites occurring over twelve months. Since hysteretomy the patient has remained well for two and a half years. Eleven such cases are reviewed.
