Summary
Maternal plasma and urine concentrationsof β2- microglobulin and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (EC:2.3.2.2) were measured serially in normal pregnancy. These parameters remained constant throughout and can therefore be used to evaluate tubular function in pregnancies complicated by renal disorders.
