David Rick is currently the regional sales manager for the western region of the US for Sensient Food Colors, a major supplier of regulated colorants for the food, drug and cosmetic industries worldwide. Mr Rick first joined the company in 1976 and since that time has held a variety of technical positions. Mr Rick has presented many technical papers on the use of food colorants, has published a number of articles on the use of regulated colorants and is currently serving as a member of the Food Chemical Codex Committee.
