Abstract: Tuberculosis and malnutrition continue to be significant health problems in developing countries. Moderate to severe malnutrition can cause immunosuppression and predispose children to various infections. We report disseminated tuberculosis in a severely malnourished Indian child who presented primarily with cutaneous involvement.
