Abstract

Abstract:  Eccrine spiradenoma is a rare benign adnexal tumor that usually occurs as a solitary nodule, although there are reports of multiple eccrine spiradenomas occurring in a segmental, linear, blaschkoid, or zosteriform pattern. Segmental eccrine spiradenomas have rarely been reported with onset occurring in childhood or adolescence. We describe a case of segmental eccrine spiradenomas occurring on the neck and mandible of a child.
