Abstract: Granular cell tumors are uncommon neoplasms postulated to derive from Schwann cells. They are histologically unique and exhibit S-100 positivity. Pediatric occurrences are uncommon, and familial cases are rare. A limited number of familial granular cell tumors have been reported. We describe two siblings with granular cell tumors and review the relevant literature.
