Twenty-two follow-up questionnaires were sent to persons who completed a program of biofeedback and relaxation for the relief of headache. Thirteen questionnaires were returned. The follow-up ranged from six months to three years. Frequency, severity and duration of headaches were assessed before training, at the end of training and at follow-up. Statistically significant symptom reduction endured although some increase in symptoms occurred in the period between the end of treatment and follow-up.
