There is often opposition to the establishment of special clinics. In spite of this, the last fifty years hasseen a gradual increase in the number of clinics serving specifically patients with headaches. While thereare wide variations, there can be little doubt that they provide the basic clinical material for research andwill, by the accumulating experience and expertise, best serve to help patients with headache disorders.
