Mean fold change was determined from 4 experiment pairs of ethanol-exposed AFSCs and nonexposed AFSCs. ΔCT values were obtained by subtracting the CT values of β-actin.

Table S1. Amniotic fluid-derived stem cells were cultured with 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 mM of ethanol. Cell counts were made after 48 hours of ethanol exposure and compared to counts of cultures that were not treated with ethanol. The results are expressed as number of cells. The values shown are the mean ± standard deviation (SD, n = 5) of three independent experiments.
