Abstract

Abstract:  The obturator internus muscle is an external rotator of the hip. Obturator internus injury may occur and be hidden by the piriformis syndrome. Clinical symptoms may offer some clues to the clinician. The selective injection technique described here facilitates precise diagnosis.
