Eran Vigoda-Gadot is a professor and head of the Division of Public Administration and Policy at the University of Haifa, Israel. His research interests include the reform and performance of public administration agencies, innovation in the public sector, citizenship behavior inside and outside organizations, organizational politics, and employees’ behavior and attitudes. He is the author of Managing Collaboration in Public Administration: The Promise of Alliance among Governance, Citizens, and Business (Greenwood Press, 2003).
