Kim Moloney is a doctoral student in public administration and comparative politics at American University. After nearly seven years working in African affairs, she obtained a master of public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a master’s degree in International Relations and International Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. Her dissertation focuses on the World Bank and its public sector projects.
