A Classic Work Revisited: Democracy and the Public Service
Jeremy F. Plant is a professor of public policy and administration and coordinator of the doctoral program at Penn State Harrisburg, where he has been a member of the faculty since 1988. He received a doctorate in government from the University of Virginia in 1975 under the direction of Frederick C. Mosher. His research focuses on transportation policy, homeland security, and administrative ethics. Most recently, he edited the Handbook of Transportation Policy and Administration (Taylor and Francis, 2007).
