Comments on “Assessing and Managing Environmental Risk: Connecting Local Government Managers with Emergency Management”
Roger L. Kemp is a career city manager, having served in California, Connecticut, and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Society for Public Administration, the Government Finance Officers Association, and the International City/County Management Association. He is a past president of the Monterey Bay Area and Connecticut chapters of ASPA. He has written, edited, or contributed to nearly 50 books dealing with various aspects of cities, including emergency management and homeland security. He is a policy advisor in homeland security to the ICMA and a member of the Academy of Political Science.
