Kalu N. Kalu is an associate professor of political science at Auburn University Montgomery. Previously he was a research affiliate at the Macmillan Center for International and Area Studies, Yale University. He has published widely in political science and public administration. His books include State Power, Autarchy, and Political Conquest in Nigerian Federalism and Citizenship: A Reality Far From Ideal (coedited with Andrew Kakabadse and Nada Kakabadse).
