Learning from Other Nations: Governance Reforms from a Comparative Perspective
Naim Kapucu is an associate professor in the Department of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida and director of the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management. His main research interests are crisis management, decision making in complex environments, network governance, and organizational learning and design. He recently published a book on Turkish public administration (coauthored with Hamit Palabiyik). He teaches nonprofit management, managing emergencies and crises, comparative public administration, and analytic techniques for public administration courses.
