Erik Jansen is a senior lecturer in the Information Sciences Department at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He teaches organizational design for special operations and conducts research on interorganizational collaborative capacity, focusing primarily on homeland and maritime security. His articles have appeared in the Academy of Management Review, Recent Advances in Organizational Development, and Journal for the Association for Information System.
Ann C. Gallenson is the president and founder of A Charles Design, Inc., and a lecturer in the Center for Executive Education at the Naval Postgraduate School. Educated in developmental genetics, she specializes in interface design and development for networked, software products for education, government, health care, and commercial use. She was the lead developer and architect for InRelief.org through 2009.
