Evan S. Michelson is a doctoral candidate in public administration in the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University. His current research is a qualitative case study focused on the framing of nanotechnology policy. His work covers a wide range of topics in science and technology policy, including the implementation of science and technology foresight, the governance of emerging technologies, and the impact of science and technology on international development.
