Lowering Barriers to Research by Practitioners
David S. Reed is a career civil servant in the U.S. government. Previously, he ran a consulting firm that provided technical assistance and program evaluations to government agencies concerning employment training programs, and museum support programs. He holds a master's degree in public policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. His current research interests are politics within organizations, indie public administration, and process management.
