Movie clip 1: TEE image demonstrates severe mitral regurgitation due to a perforation of the AMVL. Remark the presence of an eccentric jet.

Movie clips 2 and 3: TEE cineloops. Remark the cystic mass attached to both mitral valve leaflets at the atrial side of the mitral valve.

Movie clip 4: TEE image at 71°. This two-chamber view suggests attachment of the mass to the atrial wall in the proximity of the mitral valve.

Movie clip 5: TEE cineloop demonstrates the eccentric mitral regurgitation jet due to the already existing perforation. The fibrin membrane appears to have diminished the amount of regurgitation.
