Abstract

Abstract  There has been only one other case of endoventricular circular patch plasty performed in conjunction with aortic valve replacement reported in the literature. We present the unique case of a patient suffering from congestive heart failure due to both post-infarct aortic regurgitation and ventricular aneurysm along with his successful surgical treatment.
