Abstract

AbstractAlthough invasive thymoma commonly infiltrates mediastinal structures, intracardiac extension from intracaval growth is rare. We present a case of invasive thymoma with intravascular invasion of the superior vena cava extending into the right atrium. (J Card Surg 2010;25:515-517)
