Jordan Schildcrout is an assistant professor of Theater History, Criticism, and Dramaturgy at Ohio University. He earned his Ph.D. from the Graduate Center of City University of New York, and his articles on LGBT representation are published and forthcoming in Theatre Journal, The Journal of Popular Culture, and the Oxford Handbook of American Drama. He is currently completing his book about homicidal homosexuals on the American stage.
