Abstract

ABSTRACT— A commercially available water-soluble resin, JB-4, was tested using human liver biopsy tissue. Processing was rapid and satisfactory. Single or serial sections 1 μm thick could be obtained. Routine stains and immunoperoxidase methods gave good results.
