Figure S1. Alignment of rat Tlr genomic and protein sequences. Rat chromosomal sequence aligned with Tlr5(a), Tlr10 (b) and Tlr11(c) amino acid sequences. Exons are in upper case letters, introns in lower case. Amino acids are indicated in single letters. Numbers in parenthesis indicate position of the sequence in the line. The rat cDNA sequences are were submitted to GenBank and were assigned the accession numbers: Tlr5 (FJ750588), Tlr10 (FJ755908) and Tlr11 (FJ539013). Amino acids in bold indicate different domains – signal peptide (green); leucine rich repeats (orange); cysteine rich flanking region (blue); transmembrane domain (pink); TIR domain (red).

Table S1. Primers used to amplify rat Tlr5, Tlr10 and Tlr11.
