Tables S1. Genotypes for individuals in the ascertainment panel, as obtained from DNA sequence data or from Amplifluor genotyping (in parentheses). Data are divided into two tables of assays representing assays derived from the random locus (microsatellite library screening) or locus-specific (CATS locus) approach. The first set of eight loci were sequenced from only nine individuals because some of the samples we tried to use in the ascertainment panel failed to amplify consistently. These were subsequently replaced with other samples for the remaining SNP ascertainment.
