Figure S1. The standard curves representing the correlation between Ct values and initial L. monocytogenes genomic DNA L. monocytogenes genomic DNA was extracted from control group (L–S–) in real-time PCR assay. Nine 10-fold serial dilutions of DNA sample were made and analysed in triplicate for the production of a standard curve.
