The ideas contained in this article arose out of conversations over time and space with many people connected to the women's movements in Nicaragua. In particular, ideas around the RPS benefited from the knowledge and understanding of Ana Quirós Viquez of Centro de Informacion y Servicios de Asesoria en Salud (CISAS, Centre for Information and Advisory Services in Health). The first draft of this document was enriched by the insight of Ana Criquillon from Central American Women's Fund (CAWF), while later drafts benefited from discussions with Amy Bank from Puntos de Encuentro.
