Abstract

Abstract  The audio-motor unit, a successful listening comprehension strategy composed of a series of oral commands which elicit physical responses, demonstrates student comprehension of meaning. The purpose of this article is to describe a new approach to this proven strategy. In order to conserve time and have an objective means of evaluating audio-motor units, the author proposes a method for using these units in the language lab.
