Abstract

AGROWING BODY of research leaves little doubt about the significance of design as a management resource. John Langrish not only reaffirms this conclusion but predicts that existing findings and the changing context and nature of international business put the discipline of design management on the threshold of bolder, more dramatic, and more meaningful contributions to competitive success.
