Abstract

HOW CAN THE VALUE of design be better understood and made more accessible to non-design managers? Brigitte Borja de Mozota's response is to offer two very different options. Her evolutionary path explores how design can enrich the traditional arenas of management decision making and strategy. Her revolutionary path outlines a more radical approach where design thinking doesn't simply enrich but actually takes the lead in addressing management problems.
