TUDOR RICKARDS BELIEVES that creativity—that process that enables people to discover new and meaningful ideas—is a universal human characteristic. This premise allows him to discount notions that distinguish between creative and non-creative individuals and search instead for theories that explain the creative process in general and for exercises and programs that stimulate long-term creative results.
