In the predicted protein coding sequence of TC_00471 and TC_00024 there are 15 nucleotide substitutions in 333 bases from the MB1 primer binding site to the predicted stop codon (Indicated by ‘XXX’). The region spanning the stop codon to the MB2 primer binding site in TC_00471 is less well conserved and identity is low at the MB2 primer binding site.
