    • Uri Savir served in the Israeli Knesset from 1999 to 2001. He was Israel's lead negotiator in the Oslo Accords peace process between 1993 and 1996, and wrote a book, The Process: 1,100 Days that Changed the Middle East (1998), based on his Oslo experiences.
