In vitro rooted plants were transferred to pots and acclimatized to ex vitro conditions in a growth chamber by progressively decreasing the relative humidity during 4 weeks. The growth conditions were: 24/18 °C, 70% relative humidity and 500 μmoL/m2/s PAR, with a 16-h photoperiod.
