Theoretical molecular mass (Mr) and isoelectric point (pI) were computed at the ExPASy website (http://www.expasy.ch/) whereas the experimental Mr and pI were determined according to spot position on the 2D gel. # pep.: number of matching peptides; % cov.: coverage percentage.
