  • Peter K. Marks is assistant professor and director of the postexperience master in the Department of Public Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He also teaches courses in systems theory and evolutionary economics. Having studied economics and philosophy, his research focuses on complex decision-making processes from an evolutionary (economics) perspective.   • Lasse M. Gerrits is associate professor in the Department of Public Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he studied public administration and urban planning. His research interests concern the complexity of public decision making and the development of the urban. He also teaches courses in complexity and systems.
