  • For Advanced Training Skills Module (ATSM) in Medical Education trainers to be able to offer learning opportunities to their trainees and then provide feedback.

Ethical issues

  • How far should the trainer become involved when a trainee has personal problems?
  • How can the trainer give constructive criticism without discouraging the trainee?
