      Dr Noah Cohen is Associate Professor of Equine Medicine in the Department of Large Animal Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, Texas A&M University. He graduated in 1983 from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine and spent 2 years in private equine practice with Dr Darryl Bonder (Toronto Equine Hospital, Canada). Dr Cohen obtained his MPH and PhD degrees in epidemiology from the Department of Epidemiology at the Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University and subsequently, in 1991, completed a residency in Large Animal Internal Medicine at Texas A&M University. Since then, he has been a member of the clinical faculty in the Section of Medicine. DrCohen's clinical and research interests are in the areas of equine gastroenterology, infectious diseases, musculoskeletal disorders and in the epidemiology of these and other equine health disorders. Dr Cohen and his wife Christine breed hunters and jumpers at their small farm in Wellborn, Texas.
