A physical route is proposed to obtain highly crystalline graphene sheets with a minimal oxygen content similar to the precursor graphite. For graphene sheets, the D band intensity is reduced significantly and furthermore, the G band intensity is recovered, similar to the precursor graphite. As a consequence, excellent electrical conductivity and the related sheet resistance of the graphene film are obtained.
