Distributed feedback lasing is produced from high-mobility organic thin-film single crystals. High-quality 1D distributed feedback resonators are constructed in BP2T single-crystalline thin film materials by an extremely simple method – laser interference ablation. This method does not involve chemical solution and avoids the need for good-quality end facets of crystals.
