Single-crystalline p-type Zn3As2 nanowires are successfully synthesized and used as building blocks for high-performance field-effect transistors and photodetectors. By using a contact printing process, highly aligned nanowire arrays are produced to fabricate thin-film transistors and photodetectors on both rigid and flexible substrates.
