PEGylated chelators are used as stabilizers of calcium phosphate nanoparticles. These particles are loaded with anti-Bcl-2 siRNA and their silencing efficacies as well as their cellular trafficking are evaluated in vitro. PEGylated chelators represent promising stabilizing agents for transfection with calcium phosphate particles.
