A simple solution process is developed to fabricate macroscopicscale, flexible, ordered Au-Te hetero-nanowire film electronics with tunable resistance from MΩ to Ω at room temperature, as described by S.-H. Yu and co-workers on Page 5910. The nanowire films with the electrical conductivity as low as 10000 S cm−1 and sheet resistance 15 Ohm per square (Ω/sq) can generate reliable interconnects for light emitting diode (LED) arrays.
