Stabilization and protecting solution (SPS) enables improvement of antibody binding profiles even after thermal stress and prolonged storage. Results from the current study demonstrate that SPS-formulated antibodies exhibit better antigen binding profiles (specificity and binding intensity) after lyophilization, thermal stress, and reconstitution as shown by means of a protein microchip array.
