Immobility at its best: A composite is prepared with adsoptively immobilized carbonyl reductase on Amberlite FPA54 and hydrophilized silicone. This biocatalytical active preparation increases stability against enzyme leaching and mechanical stress. Other interesting particles have been also treated with hydrophilized silicone.
