The enantioselective extractions of phenylalanine and tryptophane with oil-in-water microemulsion are investigated, where Igepal CO-630 is used as a non-ionic surfactant and cyclohexane is employed as the organic phase. In order to investigate the complexation chemistry, experiments are performed at different conditions.
